Fly Fishing to celebrate the First Day of Spring!

Our fly fishing guru, Craig Amacker, celebrated the first day of spring with a good bluewing olive hatch on a southwest Wisconsin spring creek yesterday. Hatch went from 12:30-2:30 and good enough to get multiple fish eating on top. What're you waitin' for? Creeks are in great shape and fish are eating up top and down below. Hot flies were baetis sparkle duns #18, CDC baetis #18, tan scuds, pink squirrels, big green baetis nymph, juju baetis nymph, and the leechinator. Go rip some lips!
